Data Analyst - Long Term Contract - Remote (US-based)
We're seeking a Data Analyst to support the People Development Operations team by automating reporting, streamlining data processes, and creating insightful dashboards. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on data skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and enjoys collaborating across teams to turn data into meaningful insights.
Responsibilities:
  • Extract, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, including Google Sheets, Workiva, Looker, and Google Forms.
  • Partner with the Data Engineering team to consolidate data sources and automate reporting workflows.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports (approximately 14-16 monthly reports) for the People Development team and executive stakeholders.
  • Support ad hoc data requests and deliver timely, accurate reporting.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

Key Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, QuickSight, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in data cleaning, analysis, and manipulation using Google Sheets and SQL.
  • Experience automating or streamlining recurring reporting processes.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.
