1-800-Packouts of Georgia is seeking a motivated, hands-on professional to join our team as a Field Technician (Team lead Trainee). This position is designed for individuals with leadership potential who want to grow into a key operational role within our organization.

Successful candidates will begin by learning our contents restoration processes, equipment, quality standards, and customer service expectations through hands-on field experience. As proficiency is demonstrated, the Field Technician will transition into increased leadership responsibilities, helping coordinate crews, train team members, and support daily operations.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in restoration, construction, warehousing, logistics, moving services, or team supervision who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Requirements:

 Required Qualifications

  • Previous leadership, supervisory, crew lead, or team coordination experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work as needed
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in restoration, construction, moving, warehousing, logistics, or related industries
  • Experience driving box trucks
  • Experience training or mentoring others
  • Customer service experience
  • IICRC certifications are a plus

Pay Range $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, leadership ability, and industry knowledge.
