Compensation:

$124,500 - $225,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Conduct property showings and provide insightful tours to prospective buyers.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of real estate contracts and agreements.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective marketing plans.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
  • Utilize company-provided systems to manage leads and track client interactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and property values in the Houston-Baytown-Sugar Land area.

Qualifications:
  • Active real estate license or in the process of obtaining one.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced real estate environment.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for managing leads and client interactions.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance real estate knowledge.
