Job description

Real Estate Field Scout

We are a real estate investment company looking for a dependable Field Scout to join our team in the Baltimore area.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door in the real estate industry and gain hands-on experience. You’ll get exposure to foreclosure auctions, property scouting, field operations, and the day-to-day workings of an active real estate company.

Job Responsibilities:
• Drive throughout Maryland and DC to scout and inspect properties.
• Take clear photos of houses.
• Attend real estate and foreclosure auctions on our behalf.
• Occasionally perform basic on-site property tasks, such as changing locks. Training can be provided.
• Communicate with our office throughout the day and provide updates from the field.

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license.
• Your own reliable vehicle.
• A vehicle with good gas mileage is strongly preferred due to the amount of driving involved.
• Comfortable driving throughout Maryland/DC and occasionally longer distances.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using basic tools or willing to learn.
• No previous real estate experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to speak Russian.
• Lives in Baltimore or the surrounding area.

Pay & Employment Details:
• $20–$22 per hour.
• Full-time position, typically 45+ hours per week.
• Work-related gas, toll, and parking expenses are reimbursed by the company.
• Additional $150 monthly car allowance.

If you’re dependable and want an opportunity to get your foot in the door in real estate, we’d like to hear from you.
