Key Responsibilities
Test Strategy & Planning:
- Define comprehensive test strategies for AEP and related MarTech/CDP implementations.
- Develop test plans covering data flows, API integrations, and customer journey orchestration.
Automation Development:
- Build and maintain automated test suites for API, data pipelines, and event-driven workflows.
- Implement regression packs for schema validation, data ingestion, and segmentation accuracy.
Data Validation & Quality Assurance:
- Validate XDM schema compliance and data integrity across ingestion pipelines.
- Test identity resolution logic and profile unification scenarios.
Journey & Activation Testing:
- Simulate customer journeys and validate orchestration logic in AJO or similar platforms.
- Verify audience segmentation and activation across destinations.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with developers, architects, and business teams to translate requirements into test cases.
- Provide clear defect reports, dashboards, and QA metrics to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in QA Automation or SDET roles with MarTech/CDP experience (Adobe,
- Salesforce, Oracle, etc.).
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and RT-CDP concepts (not necessarily
- expert-level).
- Strong skills in test strategy, API automation, and data validation.
- Proficiency in SQL and one scripting language (Python, JavaScript, or Java).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and test reporting frameworks.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or similar orchestration tools.
- Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and data governance best practices.
- Experience with ETL testing and data pipeline validations.
- Certifications in QA or MarTech platforms are a plus.
