Job SummaryThe Lead QA Automation Test Engineer will lead the design, development, and execution of automated and manual testing solutions to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. This role partners closely with development and agile scrum teams to define testing strategies, automate acceptance criteria, identify defects, and promote best practices across the organization.

Strong experience designing and executing automated test frameworks
Experience with version control systems (e.g., SVN)
Solid understanding of web services and API testing
Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams
Strong communication skills and comfort aligning testing goals across teams
Preferred / Nice to HaveHealthcare or claims domain experience
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
ISTQB Certification
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

Execute functional, regression, and API testing
Review test automation code and promote best practices
Analyze test results, document defects, and verify resolutions
Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines
Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures, and metrics
Create clear testing and status reports for project stakeholders
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers
Participate in agile ceremonies and cross-functional reviews
