Responsibilities
What will I be doing?
As a Tour Guide you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Present products and concepts during discussions with clients while touring property locations.
  • Present the HGV Max product information accurately to clients as provided on the Company approved fact sheet.
  • Participate in department meetings for key information on HGV Max and related updates.
  • Complete daily education & study hours towards the state and national real estate coursework curriculum.
  • Attend weekly group livestream review sessions, individual progress meetings and complete practice tests with an HGV licensed instructor in preparation for the real estate exam.
  • Promote a positive work environment and adhere to HGV core values and policies.
  • Perform other reasonable duties by management based on business needs.

  • Ability to resolve complex customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Obtain a Real Estate license within 6 months of hire date.
  • Work a flexible work schedule including weekends and some holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in Japanese(reading/writing/speaking) and Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
