We are seeking skilled HVAC/R Service Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems while providing outstanding service to our customers. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship with every service call.

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Compensation:

$24 - $50 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Install HVAC units and uphold all safety regulations    

  • Analyze and troubleshoot any existing malfunctions or issues with existing units    

  • Implement periodic maintenance to guarantee the proper and secure operation of systems    

  • Respond to emergency circumstances promptly and proficiently    

  • Execute on-site preventive maintenance, regular repair, and calibration post-installation    

  • Effectively install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while adhering to safety protocols    

  • Ability to investigate and identify problems with existing HVAC systems    

  • Accomplish on-site preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration post-installation    

  • Utilize expertise and specialized knowledge regarding maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements  

  • This position is safety-sensitive 


Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience working as an HVAC technician or in a similar field

  • Must be able to work in conditions that require PPE

  • Class E driver's license is highly preferred for use of company vehicles

  • OSHA 10 certification is highly preferred and will be required within the first 60 days of employment 

  • EPA Universal certification is highly preferred
