Interns work under the guidance of experienced professionals to learn how human behavior and abilities influence the design of products, systems, or environments. These internships typically involve tasks such as user research, data analysis, usability testing, and reporting findings. The goal is to prepare interns for a career in human factors, ergonomics, or related disciplines by providing practical skills and industry knowledge.
