Job description

Position Summary: Arthur M. Blank Sports and Entertainment (AMBSE) seeks a technically skilled and detail-oriented HTML Email Developer to join our dynamic digital team. This role focuses on building, executing, and optimizing email campaigns to engage fans and customers across our portfolio, including the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and NWSL Atlanta 2028. Leveraging Iterable, our primary fan communication platform, the developer will play a crucial role in crafting impactful messages, developing campaigns, and analyzing performance to drive engagement and achieve business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Build campaigns using HTML, CSS, and inline styles, primarily employing table-based structures.
  • Partner closely with creative, marketing, and content teams to develop and refine messaging strategies.
  • Apply personalization, segmentation, and dynamic content techniques using available data and platform capabilities.
  • Perform rigorous quality assurance testing across various email clients and devices (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, mobile) to confirm correct rendering via Litmus.
  • Diagnose and resolve rendering issues tied to HTML/CSS and specific platforms, while enhancing performance and ensuring accessibility.
  • Help document standard practices and suggest improvements to streamline the email development process.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in email development to continuously improve our strategies.
  • Oversee the development and execution of dedicated email campaigns for events and activities at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, ensuring messages are tailored to enhance the attendee experience and meet stadium-specific goals.

Skills and Basic Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of HTML and content management systems.
  • Experience in email marketing, preferably with hands-on experience using marketing automation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • A team player mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Preferred Qualifications:
