Location: 314 Grove Neck Road, Earleville, MD
Schedule: Friday & Saturday 1:30PM - 9PM, Sunday 8AM - 8:30PM, Monday & Tuesday 12:30PM - 8PM

About the Role

Recovery Centers of America is seeking a Group Facilitator-Coach to deliver psychoeducation and specialty groups that support patients in achieving lasting recovery.You'llreceive full training and curriculum to ensure consistent, high-quality care aligned with the RCA Care Model.

In this role,you'lllead 15-20 one-hour groups per week, provide patient coaching, and supportwith operational needs tomaintaina safe and supportive treatment environment.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging, evidence-based groups that meet learning goals
  • Promote patient participation, safety, and long-term engagement in treatment
  • Complete documentation and group notes accurately and on time
  • Attend supervision, meetings, and required trainings
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or state-required education minimum
  • 2+ years of related experience, preferably in residential treatment
  • MarylandCAC-AD, CAC-approved Supervisor License, orA&D Trainee Statuspreferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
