Responsibilities
  • Assess & Plan
    • Complete in-home RN assessments; craft individualized Care Plans with client/family approval.
  • Coach & Supervise
    • Orient caregivers to each Care Plan, perform field competency checks, and ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Monitor & Document
    • Track vitals, condition changes, and interventions in our HIPAA-secure EMR; elevate concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate & Advocate
    • Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and schedulers to keep care seamless and client-centered.
  • Quality & Compliance
    • Maintain audit-ready client files, collect initial service payments, and uphold state home‑care regulations.
Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland.
  • Bachelor’s in Nursing.
  • Solid clinical assessment skills and a passion for problem-solving.
  • CPR/First Aid certification and a valid driver’s license.
  • Warm, professional communication that builds trust with families and field staff.
