As a Trainee in Google Physical Therapy, you can expect to work closely with experienced physical therapists who will provide direct mentorship and guidance. Your daily responsibilities will often include assisting with patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and observing or participating in therapy sessions. The work environment emphasizes collaboration, so you'll regularly interact with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and wellness specialists. This structure not only helps you build clinical skills but also fosters a supportive environment for professional growth and learning.
