As a Trader in the Investment Solutions Trading desk, with a focus on QIS and Rates Volatilites, you will be responsible for:

  • Trading, Pricing, and Developing the QIS business and products
    • Design and develop QIS investment strategies that fulfill the needs of clients
    • Implement the associated pricing models and quotation methodology for the products
    • Design and execute hedging strategies to replicate the indices
    • Implement the required tools, systems, and infrastructure to enable proper monitoring, valuation, and risk analysis of the products
    • Negotiate pricing and terms with engineers and sales
    • Promote and market the strength and features of the indices to clients
    • Daily risk management of the market risks created from the product
    • Analyze and report the performance of our book's revenue as well as the return on our indices for our clients.
  • Transversal tasks/projects, Coordinator of the Trading Assistants:
    • Contribute to the development of the trading tools and processes for the FIC exotic trading team
    • Participate in transversal projects to support the trading team
    • Supervising VIEs and trainees (as trading assistants) of the Rates Exotic team
