Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Step Down / Intermediate Care position in Northeast Wisconsin, requiring 2 years of experience, Epic proficiency, and prior travel nursing experience.

Details
  • Step Down / Intermediate Care unit in a hospital setting
  • Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • 12-week contract
  • Every other weekend (EOW) required
  • Every other holiday (EOH) required
  • Epic EMR used
  • Floating may be required to two additional Fox Valley sites
Requirements
  • Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
  • Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of Step Down or Intermediate Care RN experience
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • Prior travel nursing experience required
  • Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
  • SSN, DOB, 2 professional references, skills checklist, copies of certifications and license verification, and a copy of Driver's License required for consideration
Additional Information
  • Provide intermediate-level care to step down patients in a hospital setting
  • May be required to float to two additional sister facilities within the Fox Valley region
  • Local candidates are accepted, though a radius rule applies that may affect the travel pay rate
