Within 2+ years our (MT) candidates undergo an adventurous, extensive, real-word training curriculum which will equip them with the tools and abilities to confidently lead his/her own multi-million dollar Greentech Renewables location.


The MT candidate’s adventure begins in the warehouse.


Once they understand the core function of solar distribution and familiarize themselves with the necessary equipment it takes to complete a solar installation, they will move on to the next rotations:


Front Desk Sales

Inside Sales

Accounting (AP|AR)

Purchasing

Outside Sales

Operations


Throughout the program, trainees will attend multiple classes in solar, electrical products, sales and management. Classes are held throughout the country and facilitated by GTR and its company partners.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must be at least 18 years of age

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

· Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

· Authorization to work in the United States

· Some travel required


WORKING CONDITIONS:

Conditions vary based on the trainee’s current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods. Various segments will include some travel – both by car and by air.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Learning all aspects of the Greentech Renewables business

· Attending training conferences

· Communicating – both written and spoken – in English.
