Electrical Warehouse Manager

Tim Kyle Company

Westminster, MD • On-site

Job description

Every good service call starts in the warehouse. If the parts aren't there, staged, and ready, the whole day falls apart. Tim Kyle is looking for someone who takes that seriously. If you're the kind of person who can't walk past a messy bin row and takes it personally when a truck rolls out short a part, keep reading. This one pays $80,000 a year with full benefits.

About Tim Kyle Electric, Heating & Cooling

We're a family-owned and operated electrical, heating, and cooling company serving Carroll County and the surrounding Central Maryland area. We've been at this since 1986, and we've stuck around by taking care of two groups of people: our customers and our team. No drama, no games, and no burning through good people. We're growing, our material volume is growing with us, and we need someone to own the warehouse instead of just working in it.

What You'll Get

  • $80,000 per year
  • Full benefits package
  • PTO plus 8 paid holidays
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Weekly breakfast meetings (yes, we feed you)
  • Fun team events throughout the year
  • Monday through Friday schedule, no weekend on-call (office runs 7:30 am to 3pm)
  • Real ownership of how the warehouse runs
  • A family-owned company where people stay

What You'll Be Doing

  • Ordering electrical and generator materials and equipment
  • Receiving and inspecting everything that comes in
  • Organizing inventory so techs can find what they need fast
  • Staging materials for upcoming jobs before crews roll out
  • Tracking stock levels and flagging reorders before you run out
  • Working directly with technicians, purchasing, and the office team
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
  • Improving how we manage materials (if you see a better way, we want to hear it)

Who We're Looking For

You're organized by nature. You take ownership without being chased. And you'd rather fix a problem than pass it down the line.

Beyond that:

  • Warehouse or inventory management experience
  • Electrical, generator, HVAC, or construction material experience preferred
  • Comfortable on a computer and with inventory systems
  • ServiceTitan or similar CRM experience preferred (we'll train the right person)
  • Clear communication (you'll be working with techs all day)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass our pre-employment checks
  • If you don't check every box but you know how to run a warehouse, apply anyway. We hire attitude and train systems.

How to Apply

Apply below. We'll get back to you quickly.

We've been building careers here since 1986. If you're ready to build yours with a team that has your back, let's talk.
