HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical Warehouse Helper and Parts Runner Job Summary

Essential Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the pickup and delivery of HVAC & Plumbing related items.
  • May pickup, receive, verify, load and deliver equipment and materials needed for each job.
  • Demonstrates and establishes effective working relationships with co-workers, superiors.
  • Properly completes all paperwork required for each job.
  • Maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
  • Maintains high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

General Responsibilities

  • Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary.
  • Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.
  • Represents Sila in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.
  • Physical requirements includes the ability to lift up to 75lbs, stand, bend, stoop, sit, reach, lift and travel to locations.

Qualifications Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to be flexible in work schedule (may include some weekends).
  • HVAC school or work experience a+

Skills and Abilities

  • Must have knowledge of safety rules and requirements.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Must have clean driving record.
  • Must possess knowledge of HVAC systems.

Salary Range: $20 per hour depending on experience. 40 hours per week+ EOE M/F/D/V

Job Type: Full-time

Day range: Monday to Friday

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience: Driving: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: On the road
