We are seeking skilled and reliable CDL Class B licensed Dump Truck Operators to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing reliable hauling services for construction, landscaping, and municipal projects. This role requires an understanding of heavy equipment operation and mechanical knowledge, and a commitment to safety, efficiency and quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Dump Trucks Safely: Safely transport materials to and from job sites, ensuring adherence to all traffic and safety regulations.
  • Follow Safety Protocols: Consistently apply company safety standards and regulatory requirements to protect yourself, your coworkers, and the public.
  • Maintain Equipment: Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and identify mechanical issues. Report any major equipment malfunctions to management for repair.
  • Efficient Operation: Operate dump trucks and related equipment in an efficient and effective manner to minimize downtime and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Customer Service: Represent the company professionally at all times while interacting with clients and job site personnel. Address any customer concerns or issues in a friendly, solution-oriented manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of trips, cargo loads, deliveries, and inspections.
