Our program leads to industry standard certifications, resume building and upgrading workplace essential skills specific to a job placement that will send you on a path to success.

Job Description:

As an ESTS Trainee, you will engage in a unique and flexible program which combines occupational skills training, workplace essential skill development and potential for workplace training experience. This program is designed to prepare for roles such as:

  • Health Care Aide
  • Guest Service Associate
  • Casino Attendant
  • Cook
  • Housekeeping
  • Customer Service
  • ...and much much more!

Qualifications:

  • Unemployed and collecting regular EI benefits or on income support
  • Looking to upgrade skill set
  • Transfer current skills to a new job
  • Committed to completing a program designed for your success
  • Located in the Whitecourt, Grande Prairie or Northwest Alberta
