About Cedar & Sage Therapy Group

Cedar & Sage Therapy Group is a thriving, collaborative group practice located in Grand Blanc, Michigan, dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care for individuals across the lifespan. We specialize in therapy, medication management, and assessment services for children, adolescents, and adults, and pride ourselves on fostering a warm, inclusive, and supportive clinical environment for both clients and clinicians.

As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a clinician who is excited not only about providing excellent assessment services, but also about helping shape and expand our practice long-term.

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a licensed Neuropsychologist to join our growing team on a per diem basis to provide comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults.

This role is ideal for a clinician seeking flexibility while building toward a long-term professional home. The position begins as a per diem contractor role with a competitive 60/40 fee split and the opportunity to transition into a full-time W-2 position as caseload and practice needs grow.

We are especially interested in candidates who are enthusiastic about collaboration, leadership, and contributing to the continued development of our assessment program. Opportunities for supervising psychologists and trainees may also be available as the practice expands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults
  • Assess and diagnose ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and related conditions
  • Prepare clear, timely, and clinically sound assessment reports
  • Provide feedback sessions and treatment recommendations to clients and families
  • Collaborate with therapists and other clinicians within a multidisciplinary care model
  • Maintain ethical standards and accurate clinical documentation
  • Contribute to practice development, clinical programming, and growth initiatives
  • Potentially provide supervision to psychologists, postdoctoral fellows, or trainees as opportunities develop
Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or related field with specialization or experience in neuropsychology
  • Licensed or license-eligible psychologist in the state of Michigan
  • Experience conducting psychological and neuropsychological testing with pediatric and/or adult populations
  • Strong diagnostic, clinical interviewing, and report-writing skills
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team environment
  • Interest in leadership, mentorship, and practice growth preferred
Compensation & Growth Opportunity
  • Per diem/contract position with a competitive 60/40 fee split
  • Flexible scheduling with autonomy over caseload and availability
  • Opportunity to transition into a full-time W-2 role as the practice continues to grow
  • Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and client coordination
  • Modern, welcoming office environment
  • Collaborative and clinician-centered culture
  • Opportunities for professional growth, leadership, and supervision involvement
