Job description

Job Title: ACO-P Instructors/Writer Description: ATL is seeking highly experienced ACO-P Instructors/Writers to join our team in providing cyber instruction in support of the U.S. Army Cyber School at Ft. Gordon, GA. Instructor/writer support includes ACO-P course adult learning instruction and facilitation through modern training techniques and methodologies and assist in developing Government-owned Cyberspace Operations (CO) curriculum. Requirements: Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Instructor/writers shall develop government owned training, provide classroom support, participate in operational tests, training material validation, and provide training IAW established programs of instruction (POI), the Master Training Plan (MTP), Army Learning Concept (ALC) 2015, USCYBERCOM J7, National Cryptologic Training System National Security Agency (NSA) standards per DoDI 3305.09, DoD Cybersecurity Workforce Framework (i.e. DoD 8140) training standards, and the requirements and deliverables of this PWS. Instructor/writers shall provide a learner-centric learning environment as per TRADOC Pam 525-8-2 paragraph 3-5,20 January 2011, curate course material in a manner that encourages students to think creatively to solve complex problems which the students have never seen before and use dynamic techniques that engage students and encourage them to challenge common definitions of cyber and its potential battlespace effects. Minimum Qualifications : * Top-Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility
* Valid driver's license.
* Three (3) years or more experience conducting cyberspace operations as a member of USCYBERCOM or the Intelligence Community * Course completion or certification documentation in any of the following courses: NSA Windermere, NSA RIOT, NSA FORGE, Advanced Cyber Operations Course - Procedures (AOC-P), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), GIAC Expert Penetration Tester (GXPN), or Zero Point Security Certified Red Tram Operator (CRTO)
* Experience operating in an agile development environment
* Experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
* Experience in a fast-paced environment and working with flexible customer requirements
* Knowledge of penetration testing or red team operations
* Bachelor's degree or greater in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Information Systems
* Course completion documentation from the Support Cadre Training Course (SCTC) and either the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or the Foundation Instructor Facilitator Course (FIFC).
* One (1) year or more experience as an instructor or instructor/writer. Supervising or administering a training program; development or review of training or course materials, aids, devices, etc., and evaluation of training results. Work Authorization/Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain Top Secret Security Clearance eligibility. Supervisory Responsibility: None Work Environment: This job operates in a professional classroom and office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. Physical Demands: Stand, bend, and stoop for long periods of time while delivering training. Be able to maneuver in and out of strategic and tactical equipment, and capable of lifting and moving electronic equipment in excess of 40lbs in and out of classrooms and labs. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Workdays do not include working or conducting business on Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed closings. In the event range training is required for early/late/weekend instruction or range operations, the anticipated hours shall be shifted from the weekday work. Travel: No travel is expected for this position.
