Job description

Penske Automotive Group is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals in the Atlanta area to join our Management Training program. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about the inner workings of all the departments within an automotive dealership and fast-track your career!

PAG Management Trainees will complete an 18-month training program with hands-on experience to gain comprehensive knowledge of all automotive dealership departments, people, and processes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Recent graduates with a bachelor's degree.
  • Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
  • Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
