Summary of the Position:

To provide timely and error-free tire and Automotive services following established company policies and procedures. Our goal is for this trainee to gain knowledge and experience needed to work independently and become a successful automotive technician.

Key Essential Responsibilities:

  • Performs tire services, battery installations, oil changes, maintenance services, and multi-point inspections notating conditions that exist on vehicles.
  • Performs routine maintenance and calibration of equipment.
  • Work with fellow associates as a team to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Any additional duties assigned by the store Manager.

Experience / Education / Other Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid drivers' license, acceptable driving history and access to reliable transportation
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to at least 50lbs, often repetitively.
  • Must be able to adapt to severe climate variances.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
