We provide a $22.00 per hour minimum pay guarantee during your first 6 months, so that you have the time to really learn our business. If you perform at a higher level than the guaranteed minimum during the first 6 months, you will earn more than this guarantee. High-performing sales associates earn over $25 per hour.Weekend Shift Differential Pay: In retail, being open on weekends is a must. We provide a $2 per hour pay increase for all weekend shift hours worked. If you are working overtime on the weekend shifts, we provide a $3 per hour pay increase for overtime weekend hours worked.Training: No prior experience with our products or services is required, as we will take care of the training; all you need is a background in customer service and sales.
