As a trainee, you should be prepared for long hours during your on-site period, and it's common to work with a team in shifts to ensure continuous operations. Effective communication and teamwork are crucial, especially since you'll collaborate closely with experienced professionals. Planning ahead for your time off and maintaining strong personal routines can help you adjust to the unique balance this schedule provides.

A Trainee 14/14 Rotation is a work schedule commonly used in industries like oil and gas, mining, or offshore jobs, where employees work for 14 consecutive days followed by 14 days off. As a trainee, you will learn on the job during your 14-day shifts, gaining hands-on experience while being supervised by experienced professionals. This schedule is designed to reduce burnout and improve productivity in challenging workplaces.
