A Trainee 14/14 Rotation is a work schedule commonly used in industries like oil and gas, mining, or offshore jobs, where employees work for 14 consecutive days followed by 14 days off. As a trainee, you will learn on the job during your 14-day shifts, gaining hands-on experience while being supervised by experienced professionals.
