Role Description This full-time, on-site Bus Driver role is based in Pomona, CA. The Bus Driver operates company buses safely and on schedule, following assigned routes and timetables while complying with all traffic laws and company policies. Daily responsibilities include conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, ensuring vehicle cleanliness, and reporting any maintenance or safety issues. The role involves assisting passengers with boarding and exiting, providing courteous customer service, and supporting riders with accessibility needs as required. Bus Drivers also complete required logs, incident reports, and training updates, contributing to a safe and reliable passenger experience.
Qualifications

  • Strong vehicle operation skills, including Bus and Truck Driving, with a focus on safe, compliant road practices.
  • Demonstrated Defensive Driving skills and the ability to respond calmly to unexpected traffic and weather conditions.
