Position Summary
Superior Traffic Control is seeking a highly organized and dependable Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist various departments with administrative functions. This role is essential to maintaining efficient office processes, supporting employees, and contributing to the overall success of operational goals.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform general clerical duties, including copying, filing, scanning, faxing, and mail distribution.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of company and employee information.
  • Assist Human Resources with onboarding documentation and administrative processes.
  • Manage employee timekeeping records for weekly payroll processing.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for employees regarding administrative questions and concerns.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, prioritizing messages appropriately and ensuring timely communication.
  • Support multiple projects and administrative activities simultaneously.
  • Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude when interacting with employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Assist other departments and regional locations with administrative support as needed.

Qualifications
Required
