If interested, please fill out an application online at: https://www.trafficplan.com/jobs-careers/. **Join now and earn a $2,000 bonus paid 30 days after your 6-month anniversary date** We Offer: Starting pay: $16.75/hour Weekly pay Overtime compensation after 8-hours/day Company paid medical/dental premiums after 90 days of employment Hi-Vis PPE & Radios Provided by Traffic Plan Year-round work Scheduled raises Incentive bonuses (Up to $2,750 in your first year) Employee Referral Program Bonuses Paid holidays after 6 months of employment Paid training and certification Opportunity for advancement Responsibilities: Controls movement of vehicular traffic.Distributes traffic control signs & markers along site in designated pattern.Controls movement of traffic through site using sign, hand, & flag signals.Warns construction workers when approaching vehicle fails to heed signals to prevent accident & injury to workers.Informs drivers of detour routes through construction sites.Drive Company trucks as needed.
