To thrive as a Trading Software Developer, you need a solid background in computer science, strong programming skills (especially in languages like C++, Python, or Java), and experience with financial systems. Familiarity with trading platforms, low-latency systems, and relevant certifications such as CFA or FRM can be valuable.
