What You’ll Do

• Build Core Systems: Design, scale, and maintain the backend APIs and data pipelines that process billions of dollars in transaction value.

• Deploy Production AI/LLM Workflows: Architect agentic systems, structured extraction pipelines, and evaluation frameworks that turn chaotic, real-world documents into deterministic data.

• Full-Stack Execution: Work across our stack (React, TypeScript, Python, Go, Node) to deliver end-to-end features, from robust data orchestration to clean frontend user workflows.

• Own Product Outcomes: Collaborate with customers and the founding team to understand complex logistical problems and translate them into reliable, production-ready software.

• Hands-on experience with production AI: You have built and deployed LLM- or agent-based systems in real-world settings (specifically addressing structured outputs, retrieval, or orchestration).

• Strong technical judgment: You understand how to make pragmatic trade-offs between execution speed, system reliability, and long-term technical debt.

• End-to-end ownership: You take pride in owning projects from initial architecture through to implementation, deployment, and monitoring.

• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for regular in-person collaboration.
