Job description

Role: .Net Software Engineer โ€“ FX Trading Systems
Location: Los Angeles, CA(3 days hybrid)
Duration: Fulltime / Contract opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to support and enhance our FX trading systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing in .NET and C#, along with a deep understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and relational database design. This individual will collaborate closely with trading, operations, and technology teams to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain components of the FX trading platform using .NET/C#.
  • Work with traders and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize and maintain MS SQL databases supporting trading and risk applications.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, ensure stability, and implement performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and data teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability.
  • Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of software development experience, ideally in financial services or trading environments.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET Framework / .NET Core and C#.
  • Deep knowledge of MS SQL Server, including stored procedures, performance tuning, and schema design.
