Position Summary:

E*TRADE Premier Relationship Manager aims to deliver an industry leading client experience for both existing and prospective clients, while assisting and connecting clients with the full scope of benefits, products, and services that E*TRADE from Morgan Stanley has to offer to meet their financial needs. The E*TRADE Premier Relationship Manager is responsible for cultivating and deepening client relationships, through exceptional, high-touch service for E*TRADE potential high-net worth (HNW) clients.

Responsibilities:

As a Premier Relationship Manager, you will help drive our industry leading service culture by:

  • Delivering exceptional service and leveraging strong sales acumen to effectively engage and build relationships with our E*TRADE potential HNW clients
  • Conducting proactive, high-volume outbound calls to strategically connect with and engage potential HNW clients
  • Developing a thorough understanding of all Morgan Stanley products and services while identifying opportunities to deliver the firm to our high priority clients
  • Acting as a liaison between internal support teams and stakeholders to ensure client's inquiries, requests, and complex needs are addressed in a timely fashion
  • Exceeding all client expectations and meet specific objectives related to the onboarding, deepening, and retaining of client relationships through education and white-glove support
  • Identifying and gathering net new assets from existing E*TRADE clients and prospects
  • Educating and guiding clients on the E*TRADE platforms, while demonstrating how they can navigate and maximize all aspects of our offering
  • Focusing on the bottom-line performance and constantly looking at ways to improve overall performance, sales, customer satisfaction and the entire customer experience.
  • Mitigating risk by strict adherence to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and compliant work environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years of client service experience
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent), and ability to be registered in all states and territories

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Possess excellent business development and sales skills and desire to consistently achieve top results
  • Experience in understanding the financial needs of the retail brokerage clientele
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Highly collaborative in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to remain calm, professional and in control in a fast-paced business environment
  • Must be dedicated to exceeding the expectations of clients, have a passion to excel, and outstanding oral/written communication skills
  • Utilize independent decision-making skills to manage and resolve issues
