The Automotive Skilled Trades Instructor plays a key role in delivering high-quality, hands-on training for participants in Goodwill Industries of Michiana's Automotive Skilled Trades Training Program. In this part-time position, the instructor supports skill development in entry-level automotive repair through an ASE-aligned curriculum that reflects current industry standards and workforce needs.
This role focuses on teaching essential automotive concepts such as safety, diagnostics, repair fundamentals, brakes, steering and suspension, and engine systems, while also reinforcing professional skills like communication, reliability, and customer service. Responsibilities
