Job description

As the Tradeshow Events Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end planning, design, and execution of a select portfolio of domestic and international events. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to align brand messaging, manage budgets, and oversee on-site logistics from setup to teardown.
What You Will Do:
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of global events, ensuring seamless logistics, on-site coordination, and effective communication.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define event goals, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Work closely with the marketing and creative services teams to develop engaging event collateral, promotional materials, and presentations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key industry partners, exhibitors, and event organizers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and maximum impact at events.
  • Liaise with international teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution across different markets.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure the effectiveness of events and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing event outcomes, including ROI, attendee feedback, and key learnings.
  • Recommend innovative ideas and strategies to enhance future event experiences and drive business growth.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including set-up, tear-down, and problem-solving as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree required in event management or other related field
  • 3 + years of proven experience event management, preferably within the toy industry or a related consumer products sector.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have ability to work well in fast-paced and changing environment, as an effective multi-tasker.
  • Effective managerial skills with the ability to train and inspire a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Drive.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
  • Ability to deal effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels

The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, so the salary range may not apply to other states.

Our work environment provides a flexible work schedule that includes a Monday through Thursday on-site, with an optional WFH on Fridays, up to 20 workdays fully remote each year, and Time Off for vacation and sick leave.
