Activation coordinator Tradeshow
In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL
Travel Requirements: This position requires up to 25% of domestic travel.

Position Overview
As the Activations Coordinator Tradeshow, you will be a valuable member of the marketing team. You will be assisting with event planning, preparation, implementation, and reporting while ensuring critical milestones are delivered. The role will report to the Director, Tradeshow Marketing on the planning and execution of all responsibilities.

Requirements
  • 3 years of marketing or event experience in a fast-paced environment a plus.
  • Effective writing/editing skills
  • Traveling required. Nights and weekend hours required as needed.
  • Well organized, detail oriented, with a strong ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
  • Effective verbal/written communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and executing events
  • Assist in planning and implementing events/activations
  • Assist in booth build outs
  • Assist in creating experiential elements for on-site activation
  • Assisting in managing show floor
  • Coordinating product orders
  • Supporting on-site activation as needed
  • Event registration
  • Ordering assets
  • Maintain and track tradeshow budget including processing purchase orders and invoices
  • Work effectively and efficiently with other departments in creating and maintaining premium activations and experiences
  • Managing tradeshows, 10x10s builds ensuring the event operates smoothly
  • Coordinating staff needs for events
  • Respond to sponsorship inquiries and schedule calls
  • Facilitate placing product orders and allocating assets to events
  • Create decks including but not limited to events recaps, marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Leading and supporting on-site activation as needed
  • Creating tradeshow monthly newsletter

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
