Position Summary
The Facilities Technician will successfully complete preventive maintenance, work orders, and minor renovations to include tasks in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, temperature controls, and other duties as assigned.
Will be capable of understanding the diagnostic testing and analysis of the systems reference above and comfortable with making assigned repairs necessary for normal operations.
