Trademark Associate AttorneyNational Law Firm OpportunityCompensation

$280,000 – $350,000

A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Trademark Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing global brands and sophisticated clients in complex domestic and international trademark matters.

Ideal Background

5+ years of trademark experience gained at a sophisticated law firm

• Significant experience conducting and managing high-volume, multi-jurisdictional trademark clearance projects

• Experience developing and implementing global trademark filing and enforcement strategies

• Experience managing large international trademark portfolios for sophisticated clients

• Experience advising clients regarding brand protection, trademark prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement matters

• Experience coordinating and managing foreign counsel on international trademark matters

• Experience handling Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings is preferred, but not required

• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and critical thinking skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing sophisticated trademark matters

• Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted
