Job Summary

Kilpatrick’s Trademark & Copyright Team seeks an associate with 2+ years of significant brand management experience that includes conducting and managing high-volume, multi-jurisdictional trademark clearance, developing global trademark filing and enforcement programs, and managing large global trademark portfolios. Experience handling TTAB proceedings is a plus but not required.

We offer the opportunity to work on cutting-edge trademark issues for name-brand clients. Successful candidate will have strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing and critical thinking skills, and be highly organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented.

Multiple office base location options: Atlanta, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Silicon Valley (Menlo Park), Seattle, Washington DC, or Winston Salem.

(Expected salary: $250,000 to $340,000)
