Job description

Position Overview

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across an assigned multi-state territory through direct, relationship-based selling. The position focuses on large-scale industrial and specialty door solutions within key sectors such as aviation, shipbuilding, aerospace manufacturing, and heavy industry.

The Regional Sales Manager will engage directly with end users, government and military contacts,architects, engineers, contractors, and design-build firms to identify opportunities for new Equipment, service agreements, and modernization projects.

Territory Coverage: Northeastern/Mid-Atlantic U.S.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory growth strategy to increase sales and market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, decision-makers, and industry stakeholders
  • Conduct in-person and virtual sales calls, including cold outreach and follow-ups
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements in coordination with internal teams
  • Track sales activity, forecasts, and expenses, providing regular updates to leadership
  • Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data within CRM systems
  • Partner with leadership to explore and penetrate new markets or applications
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong background in consultative sales, negotiation, and account management
