Job description

coDomo, a growing manufacturer of architectural leather surfaces, is looking for a Sales Assistant to work directly with the President as part of a growing six-person sales team. This is a B2B role with no cold calling — you'll read architectural plans, prepare estimates, and stay in close contact with clients from first quote through delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret architectural plans and specifications to prepare accurate estimates
  • Build estimates in Excel and coordinate shop drawings as projects move forward
  • Respond to client questions and requests within one business day
  • Document client follow-up, opportunities, and activity in Salesforce
  • Work directly with the President, owning tasks so he can stay focused on growing sales
  • Coordinate projects end-to-end, from estimate through completion
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team on shared accounts and priorities

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple projects and details at once
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative
  • Comfort with reading architectural plans/drawings

Preferred Qualifications

  • B2B sales or client-facing experience
  • Salesforce CRM experience (training provided on the job — not required to apply)
