Post-Trade Operations

  • Analyze and document post-trade operational processes across the trade lifecycle

  • Support trade settlement processes and exception handling

  • Manage reconciliation activities between trading systems, custodians, and back-office systems

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of post-trade processing

Business Analysis

  • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders

  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

  • Create detailed business requirement documents (BRD), functional specification documents (FSD), and user stories

  • Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technology teams

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across operations, technology, and compliance

  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Provide status updates and coordinate project deliverables

Regulatory & Compliance
