Sales Operations Coordinator

Reports to: Manager of Business Development

Location: St. Louis, Kirkwood MO, (with periodic remote and travel required)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales and marketing initiatives and play a key role in driving business growth.

Position Summary

The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales and business development team through trade show coordination, sales support activities, and digital marketing collaboration. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Trade Show & Event Coordination

  • Serve as the primary lead for trade show planning, registration, and logistics
  • Coordinate booth setup, materials, and on-site execution
  • Manage attendee schedules and ensure seamless event operations
  • Attend up to 8 trade shows annually across the United States
  • Travel required during peak seasons: Februaryโ€“April and Septemberโ€“November (including weekends)

Sales Support

  • Act as a primary point of contact for sales representatives
  • Support the preparation of sales quotes and processing of customer orders
  • Follow up with sales reps on customer needs and opportunities
  • Maintain communication to ensure timely and accurate sales operations

Marketing & Social Media Support

  • Collaborate with the Manager of Business Development and Marketing team on social media strategy
  • Assist with planning and scheduling content on a 30, 60, and 90-day cadence
  • Support content coordination, topics, and posting execution across platforms

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Attend occasional in-office meetings (a few times per month)

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • OR 2โ€“5 years of experience in event coordination, sales support, or a similar role

Skills & Competencies

  • Experience coordinating events or trade shows
  • Familiarity with sales operations processes (quotes, orders, CRM tools preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional atmosphere.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, marketing automation programs and all social media platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

Work Environment & Travel

  • Remote position with periodic in-office meetings
  • Travel required for U.S.-based trade shows (up to 8 per year)
  • Must be available for weekend work during conventions

Pay: $40,105.73 - $50,342.38 per year
