Events & Office Operations Coordinator
Location: High Point, NC (On-site)
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Senior Manager of Marketing
About the Role
The Events & Office Operations Coordinator is a versatile, highly organized professional responsible for coordinating trade shows and marketing activities while supporting office operations, facilities, Team Member engagement, inventory management, and administrative functions.
This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Operations, Warehouse, and Accounting to keep projects moving, maintain an organized workplace, and ensure a positive Team Member experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing, Events & Trade Shows
  • Coordinate trade shows, customer events, and company events from planning through execution.
  • Manage event schedules, registrations, logistics, shipping, vendor coordination, and budgets.
  • Coordinate samples, displays, promotional items, signage, and marketing materials.
  • Support event setup, execution, and post-event follow-up.
  • Maintain marketing supply inventory and support marketing initiatives as needed.

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Partner with teams across the organization to support projects and operational needs.
  • Maintain project trackers, inventories, schedules, and documentation.
  • Monitor deadlines, proactively address issues, and ensure follow-through on commitments.
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

Office Operations, Administration & Asset Management
  • Manage office, breakroom, and workplace supply inventories, including placing and tracking orders through approved vendors such as Amazon and Uline.
  • Coordinate Team Member engagement activities, celebrations, appreciation programs, and office communications, including inclement weather updates.
  • Maintain organized, professional office and shared workspaces while supporting a positive Team Member and visitor experience.
  • Welcome visitors, distribute mail, and assist with interview scheduling and general administrative support.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, inspections, vendor services, and company vehicle registrations and maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain compliance records and track service schedules to ensure timely completion of maintenance and operational activities.
  • Process remote check deposits and support invoice tracking, expense documentation, recordkeeping, and other administrative tasks.
  • Track orders, deliveries, inventory replenishment, and operational supplies to ensure business continuity.
  • Manage company device inventory, asset assignments, check-in/check-out processes, and support cross-functional projects as needed.

Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in event coordination, marketing support, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting office operations, facilities coordination, office administration, inventory management, or workplace activities.
  • Experience coordinating events, trade shows, conferences, or company activities.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams).
