Job description


Must Have Qualifications: Candidates must have 7+ years of program management
experience. This role requires a balanced 50/50 split between generalist and technical
program management responsibilities. Candidates must demonstrate excellent experience
in stakeholder management, reporting, executive leadership communication, identifying and
reporting risks, and being solution-oriented to mitigate those risks. Additionally, 50% of the
role involves data and system migrations, with experience navigating technologies to the
cloud preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION
7+ years of IT Program Management experience. Ideal candidate is highly organized and excels at
stakeholder management and communication. Candidate must be well-rounded project
managers with a background in technologies and financial services. Must have working
knowledge of Jira or similar PM tools. Experience with capital markets, credit risk, and/or
technical systems migration is preferred. Agile or other project management certifications are a
plus.
Analyze, interpret, and visualize data to support business decisions within capital markets
processes.
Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of milestones
and deliverables.
Prepare clear, concise management reports and executive presentations for status and milestone
updates.
Liaise with stakeholders across business and technical teams to gather requirements, manage
expectations, and communicate progress.
Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and propose solutions to keep initiatives on track.
Support process improvements by analyzing current workflows and recommending data-driven
enhancements.
Ensure documentation of project requirements, changes, and outcomes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of capital markets operations, products, and data flows.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
4-8 years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role in Financial
Services industry.
Strong understanding of capital markets processes and data (e.g., trade lifecycle, settlements,
market data, financial instruments).
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Excellent stakeholder management skills; experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information
clearly.
Proficient in preparing management reports and executive-level presentations (PowerPoint, Excel,
etc.).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and project management
software (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) is a plus.
