ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Execution Support

  • Support execution of US marketing initiatives and requests across customer marketing, sales enablement, and events.
  • Execute day-to-day activities related to the U.S. trade media plan, including asset delivery, placement tracking, vendor communication, and invoice verification support.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and handoffs across stakeholders.

Trade Show & Event Support

  • Assist with trade show preparations including booth materials, banners, signage, giveaways, and shipment coordination.
  • Support event collateral preparation and on-site readiness (as required).

Collateral & Creative Coordination

  • Assist in designing and/or coordinating updates to marketing collateral (flyers, sell sheets, presentations, signage).
  • Ensure materials follow approved templates and brand direction provided by global marketing.
  • Manage local printing requests and coordinate vendor relationships as needed.

Email & Communications Support

  • Support execution of email communications and marketing sends (coordination, formatting, scheduling, and list readiness).
  • Assist with building and organizing content inputs for customer communications and official updates.

Marketing Operations & Organization

  • Maintain marketing files, event assets, and commonly used materials for easy internal access.
  • Track requests, deadlines, and progress updates for the US marketing team.
  • Support merchandise management and replenishment (giveaways, event supplies, etc.).

Social Support (Execution Assistance)

  • Assist in scheduling and preparing social media content as assigned (coordination + formatting support).
  • Support day-to-day community management activities, including monitoring comments and messages, responding to routine inquiries, and escalating customer or brand concerns as needed.
Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, & Skills) and REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum Years of Experience:

1–3+ years in a marketing coordinator, project coordinator, or administrative marketing support role.


Required Qualifications:

  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and workstreams in parallel
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with Sales, vendors, and internal teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting trade shows/events and print production
