Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. is seeking motivated Residential Plumbing Service Apprentices to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a long-term career in the plumbing industry. Previous experience in plumbing, construction, HVAC, maintenance, or other hands-on work is a plus, but not required. We provide hands-on training for hardworking individuals who are eager to learn, mechanically inclined, and committed to providing excellent customer service. 


Responsibilities
  • Assist technicians with diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing issues.
  • Help service, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures. 
  • Troubleshoot plumbing malfunctions and service-related issues. 
  • Maintain accurate job notes, invoices, and daily documentation. 
  • Follow company safety standards and quality workmanship practices. 
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members. 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish on every service call.

Requirements

  • Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn a skilled trade.
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
