Plumber Technician – Execute High-Impact Commercial Plumbing Services Across Washington DC

The Opportunity

You will drive field operations by delivering high-quality commercial plumbing maintenance, repairs, and system installations across the DMV area. This role gives you the independence to manage specialized service calls while operating take-home equipment and advanced diagnostic tools. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Diagnose and repair complex commercial plumbing systems including water heaters, booster pumps, and gas lines.
  • Operate camera inspection and hydro-jetting equipment to clear major commercial main-line blockages.
  • Interpret commercial blueprints and mechanical schematics to execute precise system repairs.
  • Mentor field apprentices to develop junior talent and maintain top workmanship standards.
  • Document service details, job materials, and project completions on digital tablet applications.
  • Maintain full safety compliance with OSHA standards and local commercial plumbing codes.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing service and repairs.
  • Strong proficiency in soldering, brazing, and pipefitting across copper, PVC, and iron systems.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot heavy commercial systems and explain technical solutions to client managers.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Active Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
  • Graduation from an accredited trade program or technical certification program.
