Tuckers Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing of Frederick, MD is looking to hire a full-time Plumbing Service Technician to go out to resident's homes to diagnose problems, replace parts, repair fixtures, and repair and replace water heaters. To ensure your success, we provide a take-home company vehicle, tool account, and training. The schedule for this Plumber position is typically Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with one weekend on call each month.
Our Plumbing Service Technician earns $50,000-$100,000/year including commissions and bonuses. We pay for 50% of our employees' health insurance, 2% match healthcare, 2 weeks of paid vacation initially, increasing up to 4 weeks as you grow with the company, in addition to offering a 401k with match, paid vacations, paid holidays, and quarterly company events. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PLUMBING SERVICE TECHNICIAN
  • Current plumbing license
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Availability for after-hours emergency service according to the on-call schedule
