About the Role:
The Tractor Operator/Grounds Maintenance Laborer plays a critical role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functional integrity of outdoor spaces by operating heavy machinery and performing various groundskeeping tasks. This position requires the safe and efficient operation of tractors and related equipment to prepare, maintain, and improve landscapes, including mowing, tilling, and hauling materials. Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating tractors or similar heavy machinery in a grounds maintenance or agricultural setting.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance practices and safety procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in heavy equipment operation or landscaping.

Responsibilities:
- Operate tractors and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as mowing, tilling, grading, and hauling.

- Collect and dispose of debris, trash, and organic waste to maintain clean and safe outdoor areas.
